BASIC COSTS
Legal Wedding: £1495.00 + vat
Your package includes:
Exclusive use of our licenced Wedding Studio and Gardens, A bottle of Champagne, Flowers for the room, a Bouquet and Buttonhole (or two bouquets/buttonholes) for the couple.
We are happy to be your witnesses if required.
Guests – £20 per person up to a maximum of 18 guests. (No charge for guests staying in our on-site accommodation)
Drinks – With our tiny weddings we find it is easier if you bring your own drinks, then you can make sure you bring your favourite tipple! We will provide ice, wine/champagne coolers, beer buckets and a selection of glasses. We charge a small flat-rate corkage fee of £25 for parties of 5-9 people and £50 for parties of 10-20 people.
Accommodation cost: Stay in The Tabernacle or Observatory — £150.00 + vat per night.

Celebration Catering
Champagne Breakfast Hampers (delivered to your door in the Tabernacle or Observatory).
Vintage High Tea: A range of home made and locally sourced cakes and sandwiches, served “Savoy style” on vintage cake stands and antique linens.
Grazing Platter: A selection of cold meats, cheeses, dips, breads, fruits and nuts — all locally sourced where possible — Cornish artisan producers abound in our corner of Cornwall.
Tiffin Tin Indian Takeaway: Vegetable and meat curries and daals. Delivered to your cabin in a traditional 3 storey Indian tiffin tin.
BBQ crate: Locally sourced sausages and burgers from Joe our fabulous local butcher. Comes in a vintage French apple crate with all that you need for al fresco cooking, including barbeque and charcoal. Comes with potato salad, green salad, fresh bread rolls and a range of sauces & chutneys.
All £35.00 per head + vat
Hornbeam Circle (add-on non-legal ceremony – handfasting/ sand ceremony/tying the knot etc): £300.00 + vat (at twilight. You will have had your legal wedding in The Studio earlier in the day).
Celebrant: For a personalised (non-legal) ceremony at the Hornbeam Circle. Our favoured celebrants will design with you a bespoke ceremony to celebrate your journey together. £300.00 + vat
Ring Bearers: Ivan the Alpaca or Figgy the Owl – and for fabulous photos after the wedding. POA
In-house photography: This is a budget option, around 30 hi – res pictures to tell the story of your day. £295.00 + vat. (inc. Hornbeam circle in the evening £395 + vat)
