A variety of non-traditional and Pagan weddings are available at Frieda And The Moon (for Handfasting, see previous post). Our thirteen acre site abounds with magical locations ideal for a nature-based ceremony — ancient beech woodland, rippling streams, and natural springs bubbling out of the hillside (one of which, Joshua’s Well, is believed to have ancient origins as a ritual site).
Your ceremony can be a freestanding, symbolic event, or aligned to a traditional legal marriage. We have some of the most experienced and creative celebrants in Cornwall on hand, and can advise on how to organise a formal/legal ceremony with the Cornwall registrars if you wish. We can help you to design a ceremony that is unique to you, incorporating outside locations and with a wide range of catering options.
You can be as imaginative as you like in designing your ceremony, and we can advise on the traditions of Wicca, Neo-Pagan, and the folkloric rural tradition.
Our two beautifully deigned bespoke luxury cabins are available for you to stay if you wish, each sleeps two, so you have the option to incorporate a longer break, honeymoon or minimoon, with two friends or relatives.
